I have a constant red light on my router, I have tried fixes from a previous thread (30 seconds pinhole reset without ethernet) and this has not resolved the issue. Can anyone please advise?

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the red light on the hub.
I'd like to take a look into this for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
In the mean time can you make sure the hub is well ventilated and away from any direct sources of heat.

Now we have arranged a visit to swap the hub over.
