I have a constant red light on my Hub, and I cannot get the Tivo box to work. I've tried a full reset, checked all the cables, and tried switching everything off at the mains. Still no joy. The Tivo starts the reset process, then freezes at the "Starting Up" phase. The front panel has two green lights on the far left, and two red lights on the far right.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you are having an issue with both your TiVo box and the hub showing a red light.
I can see you have already spoken with our team to replace the TiVo box with a V6 box.
The red light on the hub will also need a swap.
Can you ensure the hub is in a well ventilated place and away from any direct source of heat.
I'd like to take a look into getting the hub swapped for you.

If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.

I presume from Gareth’s replay you have a hub3. If you do have a hub4 a red LED means something different, you have no incoming signal.
