For about 3 months I have had red light on the Hub 3. Have been experiencing poor TV connectivity and device ever since. I had my laptop checked by Dell tech who found no laptop issues. Have tried all the resetting and connections without any improvement. Hub speed on RealSpeed records about 137m but my device is maxed out at 96m. I am also experiencing occasional connection issueson my mobile phone.

Try a pinhole reset in the first instance, and if it remains red after this, it needs replaced, as a faulty overheat warning is a potential risk.

Thanks for your reply. I have done a pin reset but no change, so I assume I need a replacement hub.
