Red light on Hub 3

Have reset the hub a few times (for 10 seconds, 30 seconds and 50 seconds) as per other threads and no change. Red light still on and it's definitely not hot as is out in the open. Please help!

If it's not in modem mode you may require a replacement hub, call customer services and ask for a replacement.
