I've plugged in my new wifi box and it flashing red and I cant connect to wifi
I have tried turning of the power to reboot a number of times and it still hasn't changed
I have also tried a factory reset, no joy
Possibility it’s not been activated.

Call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday
Thanks, I called them and no joy - I can't get an engineer until Monday. A whole weekend without tv and Internet 🥺
