Hi yesterday the agent manage to cancel my services with immediate effect rather than the original date to disconnect my services on 19/03/2021.
he manage to process reconnection form and said it will take up to 72 hours to regain my services. It happened yesterday evening at 6.45 but I still has no broadband and/or tv.
can anyone look into it please?
It’s been 32 hours and still services haven’t been resumed. Virgin has made an error and I am suffering it.
