I was disconnected from VM on 9/8/19 by choice. At 9am I called VM for a quote and accepted. I was told 48-72hours to reconnect. That services will be back on today.
I have read a lot of people saying this will not be the case. Can someone confirm what the reconnection period is pls?

Can you tell me if you've had your service reconnected since your post on Sunday?
When customers request a re-connection after choosing to disconnect their services this do usually take a 48 hour period.
Do please advise if I need to take a closer look into this for you
