I ordered new broadband, on 17/08/2022, for my second year house for university, it was the M200 broadband student deal, and i had not received and welcome pack. on my Contract Information Sheet it has a section for Account number and Area reference, but they both don’t have any number. The delivery is expected to arrive 6/09/2022 and i’m wanting to set up my account but i can’t without the numbers. How do i receive the welcome pack?
