Rearrange quickstart delivery

Hello,

I have arranged for my quickstart package to be delivered on the 8th June but would like to have it delivered before then (2nd June) if possible?

Can you assist with this please?

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

Hello ElliotS23,

Thanks for your post and welcome to both Virgin Media and our Community.

I can certainly take a look at getting the delivery booked in for the 2nd.

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check your envelope at the  top right of your screen that would be great.
