For the past several weeks I have struggled to contact anyone at virgin or at least have a response.
I moved into my new house on the 28th August and the technician arrived a few days later to connect us, however it was discovered that someone had cut the cable and he couldn't connect us. He did however (with neighbours permisson) run the cable from the neighbours virgin box (they aren't with virgin) into our home. The technician said he had raised a work ticket to fix the cut cable and they turned up a week later and fixed it. However, im still trying to contact Virgin to remove the wires from my neighbours box and re-connect us to our own broadband.. can anyone help please?
