I recently got virgin tv 360 with my broadband but, unfortunately when i first got virgin broadband the cable from outside was directed to my bedroom only so, it is not long enough to go through to my living room. How do we go about this? Can you send an engineer out to lengthen my cable to my living room? If not then i will have no option but to send back the virgin 360 tv box and cancel my contract, as it is within the 14 day period.

£25 non fault call out fee for any changes to cables etc.
If you wait here a day or two as VM Mod will sort this out for you.
