I have read a number of notes re issues with V6 boxes and error code S102. I cant get any channels on 1 box and the other box keeps loses them!

really cant spend another 2 hours listening to their music! any way I can get an engineer in without the long wait on the phone or shall I just throw the lot out and go to Sky!!! Took over an hour just to upgrade. Or can anyone else help, please.

Have the V6 boxes been activated ?

Have you got a decent internet connection (cable or strong Wi-Fi) to the V6 boxes ?

Hi thanks for advice. Checked everything but finally got an engineer in. Apparently common fault , something to do with output too high to the boxes. All done now.
