Re: Rescheduling appointment

The reschedule was originally for Monday 9th November and it's not an installation - that happened this week - but it'll involve moving the router as we're not getting a good enough signal upstairs and so are disappointed having just joined Virgin Media. We said no for Monday p.m because of working from home but we could use a hotspot for a while if there's any chance of resurrecting that Monday p.m. slot originally offered...

It’s probably gone now.

Also WiFi connectivity and speeds aren’t guaranteed so don’t hold you hopes up on moving the hub improving the signal.

Re: Rescheduling appointment

Gary, I hope you aren't right about that as it would make me wonder about the wisdom of paying more than we had been and moving to Virgin. Also, I still don't see why I can't get to a page with available dates (even ones that might be beyond November). As noted above, and by at least one other user, it seems to be an endless loop where you don't actually get to a page to see future dates at all.

Right about what? The WiFi speeds?

Afraid so. That’s why they’re not promised or part of the speed guarantee or part of your contract.
