Hey,

im having the same issue, been on the phone to Virgin 14 times over the past 2 weeks and no one seems to know how to add my address. Every other house number on our street is serviceable but they’ve missed 4 house numbers.  Is it possible someone can organise a spotter so the address can be added?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear that your are on of a few houses in your Street which are showing as not being able to get our services.

 

Have you tried calling our Sales team on 0800 183 1234 who are able to look into a spotter if this is a option?
