I just called virgin and they said they dont have a department to un-install the white boxes that they fit to inner and outer wall. I am trying to re-do my driveway and the workmen have told me that other people that they did work for were charged £250 for interferring with VM equipment.
I just spent an hour on hold with virgin. I was finally told that they don't charge you and that we can go ahead and remove it. I am still wary though. What if i effect the connection to other neighbours
