Hello,

I subscribed to a VM plan last week as i was supposed to move to a new flat on 12/9 but i am not moving flat anymore and therefore would like to cancel my plan. It is supposed to be installed on 12/9. Can you please help?

I have called customer service that transferred me to the pre-install team but i did not get though to anymore after waiting for 30 minutes.

Try again on the direct line - 0800 052 1734. Calling at 08.01 is usually the best time to call.
