Neighbours can get VM - why can’t I?

Hello, it seems that all my neighbours around my property can get virgin media up to Gig1 but when searching, my house can’t get any virgin media services. Why is this?

Welcome to the community forums. 

Sorry to hear that your property has come up as unserviceable but your neighbours can. There can be a few different reasons for this. 

We can look to send a spotter or site surveyor round to see if serviceability is possible, if there hasn't been one sent previously and recently.  You can call our sales team on 0800 183 1234 and they should be able to advise you if this is possible.
