How do I get someone to confirm I can connect to virgin, all my neighbours are connected and no one on the phone can help me?

Hi John, can you please help me out with the same, literally all my neighbours come up on the system except my house, I’ve checked the street box and poles and def all virgin media, how can we get this fixed? Thanks
