Good afternoon, Mrs. Rachel Barrass, I have had mobile lines with Virgin for several years, change plans, improving capacity and hire internet at home. But I feel frustrated and angry with Virgin, their customer service is bad more than 6 calls in 2 weeks and waiting up to 50 minutes if they don't hang up. When her agent sold me the plan, everything was ok without a problem but nothing has gone well. And they have already charged me 48.88 pounds without having the service that begins on 11/11/2020. Will there be someone competent in that company who does not waste time or money?
