I'm certain my comment waa not a complaint, I'm simply asking whether anybody had any insight to this.
Obviously I am unaware of the Virgin network and OR using or not using the same infrastructure, but is thay any reason to call my post futile and call out on that? I dont really think so..
I am far from a networking technician/engineer so simply wanted advice from other Virgin Media customers to see whether this has happened in other areas.
