Complaints system not working?

Hi are you able to log one for me please ive tried three times and its not working ive been having trouble with my internet at home since day one of signing up ive done everything they have advised etc and still its so bad I’m having to use my phone hotspot to connect in the house its getting beyond the joke now

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with internt.
I'd like to take a look into this for you, raise a complaint and look at needs to be done to fix this.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
