Are you a VM account holder for the premises? If not the account holder will have to report it.
Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait a day or two for a VM staff member to get to your post.

Thanks. I was the one who originally had it installed when I resided at the property. I remain the owner and have a VM contract at my own home; so I would hope they will help!.
