Hi,
I didn't want to start a new topic on this as I can see a lot of other people are having the same issue but I just moved into a new house the other day and have signed up to Virgin Media Broadband and the brown box outside has completely fallen apart leaving all the cables exposed to the rain. Please could an engineer be sent out to repair it?
Here is a picture of the state of the box at the moment.

Just to ensure this, has everything been sorted now after you spoke with Martin?

Hi Adri,
Martin said it would be replaced on Tuesday 23rd August 2022 as that is the earliest appointment he could get. I'm happy with that and I will let you know once it has been sorted 🙂

I forgot to reply when the engineer came round but he did a great job with the box, thank you very much! 😁
