I placed an order on 6th march and received a pre order summary shortly after advising me of a provisional delivery date of 9th March. However since then I've had no further contact from virgin media and no information about the supposed delivery.
I've checked the usual spam and junk email folders as well as try the chat bot help function but I was just told to call in. As I have no account number etc they weren't able to help me so I'm just sat around waiting for something to happen. There has been no update email about any courier or package delivery of the routers/tivo box etc and as it has been nearly a month since placing this order it seems I've just been forgotten.
Any help would be well and truly appreciated.
