Random loss / slow of Wifi - Multi Devices - Both 5ghz and 2.4 bands

Hey so we have  been experiencing some pretty random WiFi drop over thew last few weeks.

Started (i think)with a service drop out a couple weeks back and the connection just been what would call wobbly since , we get general disconnects and phones say we"authorisation on network required" and TV becomes unable to playback or even load Netflix library sometimes.

rebooting the router usually resolves it for a time but its becoming annoying and i wondered if someone more knowledgeable then myself would take a look at the logs.

Thanks kindly

Re: Random loss / slow of Wifi - Multi Devices - Both 5ghz and 2.4 bands

There's nothing wrong with the signal levels, but they only show the connection to the Hub. They can't show what's happening to the WiFi.

What speeds do you get with an ethernet connection?

Re: Random loss / slow of Wifi - Multi Devices - Both 5ghz and 2.4 bands

Ethernet always pushes 212Mb (ish) easy and from my phone on 5 GHz its also hitting around there. its just when it drops we all lose connection and when / if it comes back on its usually crawling slow until we reboot the router again. I know that WiFi is unreliable at best but these issues only started after a issue in my area so im suspicious.
