I've had intermittent broadband latency issues since joining Virgin. I logged a complaint on 7th Feb, had an email the same day saying someone would be in touch but heard nothing since. I've had a couple of engineers out, after I've reported faults myself, and now waiting for a cable repull.
What I'd like to know though is why my complaint has been closed when you've had no contact with me about the complaint since logging it.
Impossible to get through to Virgin on the phone so hoping someone on the Forum Team can help.
