Hi. I recently upgraded my internet to 1gb and have been waiting on my router coming since the 8th of sept. It is now 3 days late. Have got tracking number from yodel but they have NOT received the parcel yet from Virgin. I have spoke to customer services on multiple occasions and not one of them is able to give me a answer as to what is going on. I'm growing extremely impatient and have used 3 days holiday waiting for it to come. Any help would bw greatly appreciated as customer services has been absolutely useless in solving this issue.
