ROUTER NOT ARRIVED

Hi. I recently upgraded my internet to 1gb and have been waiting on my router coming since the 8th of sept. It is now 3 days late. Have got tracking number from yodel but they have NOT received the parcel yet from Virgin. I have spoke to customer services on multiple occasions and not one of them is able to give me a answer as to what is going on. I'm growing extremely impatient and have used 3 days holiday waiting for it to come. Any help would bw greatly appreciated as customer services has been absolutely useless in solving this issue.

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you've had some issues with reviving your new Hub 4. I can imagine this must have been extremely stressful. Apologies.
