Hi there,
I have the Virgin Media Hub 4. I would like to connect my home phone but I do not have the RJ11 Adapter, I've read on the forum that I need it.
I can't get through to anyone on the phone.
Would anyone from Virgin be able to help, please?

Not all areas have been converted to use the landline phone via the hub RJ11 sockets. If you are a new customer you should have been supplied with an adapter in the QuickStart kit, otherwise you will get one when your area is converted.

I think I had one when I was sent the hub, but moved house and can't find it.

Thank you for your post.
Sadly if you have lost your RJ11 adapter we cannot replace that.
You would need to look to purchase your own.
