We have Virgin Media installed, our cable connection brown box is missing the cover. All the cables and wires are exposed. How to I get a replacement cover sent to us please.

They won't send one of these out. You'll need to get in touch with the technical support people and raise it as a fault. They'll send an engineer out who will either repair or replace the brown box for you.
