RCS Partial Service - Service dropping off multiple times a day

For the last two weeks I have been experiencing multiple drop outs on my line some times only for a few seconds other times for 5 -10 mins and a reboot of my Hub 3 router is required. This is getting more and more frustrating as in MS Teams Video Calls for the most of the day and keep getting kicked out.

I have checked all of my cabling both internal and external cable connections, which are all good.
I am connected directly by Ethernet so not a WIFI issue. I have also tried rebooting the modem, but the problem persists.

Downstream way too low and you should have 4 upstream. Call customer services or wait for a VM staff member to get to your post. You need a technician’s visit.

Downstream: no lower than -6dBmV and no higher than 10dBmV - Close to 0 is optimal. SNR >33

Upstream: no lower than 31dBmV and no higher than 50dBmV - 44dBmV -46dBmV is optimal.

As reference engineer visited today and issue was that downstream power levels far to slow and this was due to having two splitters connected to cable, one on entry to house to spilt to a cable for another room and the other which I added when moved tivo box from bedroom cable and added a three way splitter to split TV, internet to router and the third to new room. As both splitters were on the network then do surprise why signal was so low. Engineer removed outside splitter and decommissioned old cable to bedroom and then added a new powered splitter by router for routing to  my router and two other tivo boxes.

All works well now with downstream and upstream levels looking spot on as shown below. Happy Customer!! big thanks again Tudor!
