RCS Partial Service - Service dropping off for a few seconds Constantly

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago I upgraded to 350Mb Broadband.
Since then, I've been getting frequent connection freezes/dropouts.
The dropouts will last for about 10 seconds and then the connection comes back to life.

I've checked service status which says there are no problems affecting my area.

I have checked all the coax internal and external cable connections, which are tight. I have also tried rebooting the modem, but the problem persists.

Several of your Downstream Power Levels are to low.

This will need an engineer to put right.

You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 10 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.

Had an engineer visit today. Diagnosed a faulty hub 3. Replaced with new hub 3 and levels are all now within spec.

Same problem has returned again. Downstream power level's out of range, connection dropping off.

Second engineer visited today. Work taken place in street cabinet and upstream power levels now reduced.
Connection now stable and no dropouts.
Thanks to the hard work of all involved and the quick resolution.
