Over the last few days I've been experiencing very slow download speeds and have tried to the usual step to resolve including restarting and resetting the router.
I've logged in to router and I'm see RCS Partial Service + Lost MDD Timeout errors every few minutes. I've had a search on the forum and it looks like there's a suggestion this might need an engineer to fix?
I've copied some details below in hopes someone might understand what is happening here and give me some insight, as it's quite difficult to contact VM at the moment. I'm also seeing lots of Pre and Post RS Errors on Channels 2 and 3?
