RCS Partial Service, Downlink Errors and Power levels

Hi all,

Struggling to get anywhere with this, have noticed in the last couple of weeks that file downloads are happening as if throttled, whilst streaming TV for example has been fine so checked the modem status to find its looking bad (see below).

I have 3 times tried to get the fault page to do something about this but constantly reset to "Looks like there is still an issue with your connection" wait 24 hours.

Some guidance please, seems to be related to the warm weather, but might be a coincidence.

Having rebooted the modem things look slightly better but there are still a lot of errors. I suspect this is somehow heat related.

Still showing partial service however:

Hey @aj87,

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry to see you have been having this issue with your Broadband, I can see you have spoke to the team since posting this, were they able to assist you further with this issue?

Joe

Hi Joe,

With persistence, I managed to get the automatic system "Looks like there is still an issue with your connection" to successfully show there was still an issue after 24 hours so I now have a technician booked for tomorrow morning.

Expecting it to magically fix itself now its cooler but still "Partial Service (DS only))" and lot of unrecoverable errors in the status.

Thanks
