We don't do transfer of responsibilities anymore, the account would need to be cancelled. It's not something we're able to do via the forums, but you can speak to us on 150/ 0345 454 1111 or text us on +44753 305 1809 and we'll be able to do this.
We wouldn't be able to advise how soon the new services could be installed as it would depend on what quota is available at the time of your contact.
The person wanting to take out new services would need to have lived in the property for at least 6 months in order to set up the new account.
