I received my pack yesterday and despite being a quickstart package it had no connector cables, I already have Broadband it was an upgrade to TV and phone. I was told a tech was booked which was lies, and now I have a TV service which I am paying for but cannot use. Chat is hopeless as no one ever answers and getting through is a headache.
Can someone kindly, book a tech so that I can get use of my tv service.
