Quickstart kits!!

Had a lost quickstart kit and a cancellation dont know why now our new delivery attempts cant find my house. Which is easy to find btw. At my wits end anybody any ideas.

We're sorry to hear you've had some issues with receiving your quickstart kit. I can see you've been in a private conversation with my colleague who has been helping you. 

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. If you need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

If you have any further issues, reply directly back to the private message and my colleague will continue to assist you 🙂
