Hi. I ordered a QuickStart hub on 26/09/21 and it was supposed to have arrived latest 09/10/21. It's currently 13/10/21 and it still hasn't arrived. I've tried calling but I need a customer ID to even speak to a human, and I don't have one. I'm a professional voice actor and content creator, so I'm missing out on income that helps pay my rent and keep me fed because of this delay.
Is there anything that can be done to help?
Even just to find out that it is on it's way and when it'll really arrive?
