Quickstart Setup Date

Hi community!

I have Quickstart delivery scheduled for the 30th of October. Is there any way this delivery date can be moved a little closer?

I will be without internet for about 9 days, as my connection to my current provider ends on 21st of October. This is going to be difficult as I am currently working from home.

There is already a Virgin Media connection installed in the house.

Since there's no guarantee that your connection will actually work once connected I would suggest adding a month onto your existing contract. It's a small price to pay if you need to work from home.

Thanks for answering!

My current connection is the first month of the contract so i'm still within the 'cool down period' until the 21st, meaning I can't extent it. If worst comes to worst I can hotspot from my mobile 4g until the 30th.

Not the end of the world but it would have been helpful to move the date forward if at all possible.
