Quickstart Parcel Missing

Hi,

I ordered a Quickstart kit and it was due to be delivered by yodel yesterday between 2 and 4pm.

Yodel updated their tracking as 'delivered' at 3.04pm but no delivery came (I was in). Checked around outside, no parcel. Checked the neighbours, no delivery was made to them. No missed delivery left in the post.

Talked to yodel and they said that according to their GPS, it was delivered to the right address and that they will talk to the driver. How long should I wait?

I'm trying to contact Virgin but the help page just loops me around with no contact info.

Can a staff help me with this please. Thanks

Apologies for the delivery confusion. I can see you've spoke to the team already and received the parcel, however we needed to convert it to a manned install from a quickstart due to the cabling.

 

Let us know how the visit goes.
