Just wondering if someone could shed some light on things. New customer and have ordered a quickstart kit from Virgin on 16th November. Originally requested a delivery date of 3rd December although had confirmation sent back delivery would be 5th December (today). Received a text last night from an unknown mobile number, I'm assuming it was Yodel, stating that i'd be given a 2 hour window for delivery tomorrow (today). Received another text this morning, from VirginMedia, saying delivery has been delayed and will not be to 9th December. Online portal states this is out for delivery today, no tracking details though. Would like to know if this is coming today or not? Will be without internet or TV until 9th if so and is highly inconvenient when working from home.
