Hi Guys

can anyone help my install date is 29th Aug is there anyway we can get sooner?

The only department that may be able to bring it forward are the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734.

Hey gingethewhinge, thank you for reaching out today.

As mentioned above the best way to see you can get a faster install is by giving our Pre Install team a ring on 0345 454 1111 they are open between 8AM- 9PM Monday - Friday or 8AM-6PM Saturday and Sunday.

They will do there best to see if they can do this or not for you. Thanks

Do you know if there is an existing Virginmedia cable running from the road to your house?  If not, you should allow for the the possibility of a later date rather than an earlier one as the external work is often delayed.
