Hello, I already have an installation date for my WiFi but I really need it sooner to work from home. Am I able to do the quick start thing even though I have an engineer booked and how would I change it?
I assume an engineer is booked as you don't have the connections required to use Quick Start. You can only use Quick Start if the address has used cable services in the past & the incoming coaxial cable is still there & terminated correctly.
