QuickStart self-install pack hasnt arrived past delivery date with no info

Quick-start package was supposed to arrive on 25/11/2023 but has yet to show up, I have had no information given via text or email and I am looking to get some updates, I cant create an account as I don't have a account number or area reference. any help is appreciated.
