QuickStart, no activation text, no connection

I received my QuickStart kit today and followed all the instructions but my connection isn’t working. I didn’t receive any activation text and called the number in the kit but the person on the other end was no help at all and didn’t even offer to activate my internet...anyone else able to help?

Good evening

I'm a virgin engineer and been in the field today  there has been issues today with activation for broadband 

As it stands the issue is still on going which is why you have no connection 

They are still working on the issues so I hope you should be up and running at some point today but please don't take this as a guarantee

Thanks Derrick. Is there nothing else I can do in the meantime other than wait? I see quite a few people in the forum have had similar issues in the past, no text to activate, diagnostic test says there’s a problem with my account etc.

Im sorry to say there is nothing more that can be done

I wish I could advise differently  what lights are on your router?

Also the activation is now automatic when we see that the equipment has been delivered and the activation lasts for 7 days

Let me know what lights you have on the hub so I can check to see if it's related

The power light is solid yellow, no other lights on the hub.

That would indicate that the hub is connected and online

How are you trying to connect? Through wireless or through ethernet?

Wirelessly, have tried multiple devices and in each case I get the attached message. When I ran troubleshoot on my account earlier it said there was a problem with my account.
