I received my QuickStart kit today and followed all the instructions but my connection isn’t working. I didn’t receive any activation text and called the number in the kit but the person on the other end was no help at all and didn’t even offer to activate my internet...anyone else able to help?
Thanks Derrick. Is there nothing else I can do in the meantime other than wait? I see quite a few people in the forum have had similar issues in the past, no text to activate, diagnostic test says there’s a problem with my account etc.
