My self installation pack was due to arrive yesterday. I received a text message yesterday afternoon advising that it had been delayed and would be arriving today instead, however it still hasn’t arrived and I’ve had no further updates since yesterday’s text message.

The track order facility on the website just says it’s due to be delivered on 28 March between 8am and 6pm.

I’ve tried using the live web chat but got no reply on there after waiting almost 45 minutes. Seriously thinking about cancelling my contract if this isn’t resolved soon.

Sorry to hear you have had issues with your Quick Start order. We can understand the frustration this may have caused.

I have had a look into our systems and I can see you have since had the package delivered by our team. Is there anything else you are needing help with?
