I have today signed up for Virgin media for my house move which I intend to move in the 26th February. After signing up and ordering my equipment I realised I was suppose to request a engineer to help install this as I opted for the QuickStart, how do I go about changing this and requesting a engineer instead for the 27th?
We are choosing a different wall to place the television to where the previous owners have the television and we do not know if this walls comes with an accessible socket.
And also me and my partner would need support In setting this up on the day
give CS a call and change to a manned install. They may charge you for this as quick start is available. but have a chat with cs and see what they can do
