My QuickStart equipment should have been delivered yesterday (Order ref: WS7046400) but when I went to the pick up location, it was nowhere to be found.
I'm trying to get in touch with someone via chat, but if you get through to the sales team (it seems that's where you've focused your resources) they will "put you through to someone in the support team" which means you're left on the chat alone for hours without anything happening. Seems getting through to someone at support directly isn't an option ("service unavailable" at the moment).
Can someone kindly let me know what's going on and when can we expect our package delivered?
