QuickStart connect virgin cable to isolator cable??

512EB6E9-7FAA-4C3D-B0D7-0B0D1B2B3648.jpeg

hello! I have just received my QuickStart kit for broadband. I was told that previous tenant was using virgin broadband and Tv so I should be able to do QuickStart for just broadband.

However I am at the step where it says to plug the “wall socket” end of the isolator cable into the wall socket and I have no virgin wall socket/ any other socket!

There is only a cable (supposedly virgin) coming out through the wall (shown in photo). Please does anyone know what to do in this case ?? Can the isolator cable and wall socket be connected ?

I guess you should just use the cable coming out through the wall to the hub.

Can you show a closeup of the cable that comes in through the wall - particularly the connector.

It looks like you may have an adapter on it.

It does look like a VM coaxial cable.

Screw the cable and the attenuator straight onto the back of the hub, it should screw straight on
