QuickStart Hob3 instillation issue

Unfortunately my coaxial cable isn’t working and has been damaged during QuickStart Hob3 instillation. I wanted to arrange an engineer to fix with a new cable . The kit arrived yesterday and only get a flashing green light

Check it has been initialised correctly first....

Call the equipment activation number on - 0800 953 9500 (option 3) – you will need the serial number/MAC address off the barcode sticker and also your account number

If they say it has, then Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 or 0345 454 1111 and book a Tech install
