QuickStart Equipment Not Delivered

Before the lockdown commenced, I arranged for my QuickStart equipment to be delivered to a CollectPlus collection point.

However, a couple of months later when I arrived at the collection point as directed by CollectPlus, I was informed by a security guard that the collection point was closed due to the lockdown.

So then, why did CollectPlus inform me that the equipment had been successfully delivered to the collection point?

Attempted to call both CollectPlus and Virgin without any success.

I have now been paying for a broadband service that I have not been able to use as the equipment was not delivered as agreed. How can I get this rectified?

HI jamesroy, thanks for the message. I am sorry to hear that you have been having issues with the collectplus and the delivery of the equipment. Can you confirm if you have managed to get this re-delivered. Please let us know and we may need to look into this further - Chris
